These Terms govern your use of the PropNow platform. By creating an account or submitting a property, you agree to these Terms.

PropNow is an information & transaction platform. All deals are subject to verification, legal review, regulatory approval, and final transaction documentation. PropNow does not guarantee any returns on investment.

Wallet & escrow features are structured for regulated operation and remain subject to licensing, banking, and compliance approval. In the MVP, payment gateway integrations are placeholders.

You must be at least 21 years of age and pass PropNow's KYC checks to bid, join deal rounds, or withdraw funds.
